OS & E designs

OS&E stands for Operating Supplies & Equipment; this category consists of items that get used up quickly and must be replenished frequently (e.g., linens/towels/sheets). Unlike FF&E items which can last years with proper maintenance and care (provided you choose quality products), OS&E items tend to need replacement more often due to wear-and-tear or just general use.

FF & E designs

FF & E or Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment are all items that are permanent or semi-permanent; they don’t get replenished on a regular basis like consumables do. This includes everything from furniture to lighting fixtures to air conditioning units. In other words, anything that isn’t part of the building itself but that is necessary for guests to enjoy their stay falls under FF & E.

Menu development

Menu development is the process of selecting and designing dishes and drinks for a brand, concept, or event. It involves considering factors like guest demographics, local ingredients, global cuisine, food cost, profit, and execution. It also requires researching culinary trends, business trends, and customer feedback.

Brand / operator identification

The term brand recognition refers to the ability of consumers to identify a specific brand by its attributes over another one. Brand recognition is a concept used in advertising and marketing. It is considered successful when people are able to recognize a brand through visual or auditory cues such as logos, slogans, packaging, colors, or jingles rather than being explicitly exposed to a company’s name

Bid review & negotiations

Bid evaluation is the process of assessing bids to identify the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) submitted for a project. MEAT may not be the lowest cost bid and is determined by evaluating bids against published award criteria to get the right supplier to deliver works, goods or services. A good evaluation is not only about the final award decision – it is about the design and execution of the whole process, leading up to that decision, including ensuring the process is properly documented and can stand up to internal and external scrutiny.

Construction Administration

Construction administration deals with overseeing that the construction contract is being adhered to throughout preconstruction and execution. In fact, construction administration is present at all phases of a construction project to ensure that the agreement defined in the contract between the owner and the general contractor is being met.

Design & Architecture

Master planning

Master planning is a collaborative process among architects, planners, and the client. The primary purpose of an architectural master plan is narrowing down the style and aesthetic of the project. Since master planning involves developing a framework for the entire structure, it also defines every last detail. Typically, architects work with their team outlining the design scope of the project.

Design concept

A design concept consists of sketches, mood boards, images, and short descriptions that define the general aesthetic quality of a product. The purpose of a design concept is to help designers and developers visualize what the product should look like and, in doing so, drive additional value for customers.

Turnkey interior design

Offer a complete solution for clients who want to transform their interior spaces without having to worry about the details of the design, material selection, procurement, vendor management, quality control, and final product delivery.

Design manuals & guidelines

Design manuals & guidelines are sets of recommendations on how to apply design principles to provide a positive user experience. Designers use such guidelines to judge how to adopt principles such as intuitiveness, learnability, efficiency and consistency so they can create compelling designs and meet and exceed user needs.

MEP service layouts MEP service layouts

MEP layouts refers to the layout of MEP services, which include HVAC,electrical, plumbing and fire system installation which provide a comfortable space for the building occupants.

2D-3D/ BIM modelling

Building information modeling (BIM) is an intelligent software modeling process that architects, engineers, and contractors can use to collaborate on a building’s design, construction, and operation that helps MEP professionals design, detail, document, and fabricate building systems more efficiently.

Custom fabrication shop drawings

A shop drawing is basically a scale drawing that includes comprehensive information about prefabricated components of designed structures along with detailed information about associated components, assembly of different parts, fabrication, material types, component shape & size, color, installation procedures of various units and other details.

Itemized Equipment specifications

Itemized Equipment Specification refers to a set of documented requirements to be satisfied by a material, design, product, or service referring to either a designed solution or final produced solution. A data sheet describes the technical characteristics of an item or product, often published by a manufacturer to help people choose or use the products. A data sheet is not a technical specification in the sense of informing how to produce.

Branding

Naming & story telling

Brand naming & storytelling uses narrative to shape and communicate the essence of your brand to your customers. It is a mix of facts (the who, what, when) and feelings (the why) that tell people what you’re about and why they should care. A good story also infuses a brand’s values.

Brand – Book guidelines

A brand book is a complete guide that explains the brand’s identity and covers all the brand’s details and standards. It usually starts with presenting the brand’s mission, core values and it goes all the way through design aspects like logo, colors, typography and imagery. Basically the brand book will let everyone know how your brand presents itself to the world. It help maintain brand consistency, establish trust, boost growth and success.

Graphic design Graphic design

Graphic design is a profession, academic discipline and applied art whose activity consists in projecting visual communications intended to transmit specific messages to social groups, with specific objectives. Its practice involves creativity, innovation and lateral thinking using manual or digital tools, where it is usual to use text and graphics to communicate visually.

The chilled or freezer coldrooms feature rack storage along with a variety of options to allow for a complete bespoke refrigerated solution.

Commercial Ventilation system design

Ventilation is the intentional introduction of outdoor air into a space. Ventilation is mainly used to control indoor air quality by diluting and displacing indoor pollutants; it can also be used to control indoor temperature, humidity, and air motion to benefit thermal comfort, satisfaction with other aspects of the indoor environment, or other objectives. The intentional introduction of outdoor air is usually categorized as either mechanical ventilation, natural ventilation,or mixed-mode ventilation (hybrid ventilation).

Commercial Kitchen hood fire suppression system design

The Kitchen hood fire suppression system is a built-in and integrated fire protection system that uses wet chemicals to extinguish fires in the cooking station and ventilation system. The system is activated by flames or excessive heat and discharges the chemicals through nozzles over the appliances and in the hood exhaust. The system also prevents the fire from spreading to other areas.

Equipment inventory & Budget development Equipment inventory & Budget development

Equipment inventory is everything that a company has in its possession. This can vary across companies and even across departments. It’s essential for auditing and insurance policies and is helpful when deciding whether you need to resupply or buy new equipment. The inventory budget is used to calculate the unit cost of a product. Then, it becomes simple to calculate the item of stock of finished products at the end which will be found in the assets of the financial balance sheet of the company.

Engineering Data Calculations

Engineering calculations are written records documenting an analytical or computational thought process used to support an engineering justification or to support the design or operation of a structure, system, or component (SSC). Engineering calculations are completed, checked, reviewed, and approved prior to using their results.
